Ⅰ: How are protective gloves produced
Protective gloves are a kind of protective gloves worn during the work process, so strict requirements on product quality can ensure the life, health and safety of staff. The following are the production steps of protective gloves:
1. Wash the mold, wash the ceramic mold with clean water.
2. Immerse the ceramic mold in calcium water to evenly distribute calcium ions on the surface of the ceramic mold.
3. Dry, dry the ceramic mold soaked with calcium water.
4. Dip the latex, soak the dried ceramic mold in the latex, so that the surface of the ceramic mold is covered with a layer of latex to form latex gloves.
5. Edge rolling, the preliminary protective gloves are rolled in the ceramic mold through the edge rolling mechanism, and the opening of the protective gloves is rolled.
6. Dry, dry the protective gloves after rolling and remove the water on the surface of the protective gloves.
7. Drain, soak the latex gloves after drying in hot water and take them out.
8, dry vulcanization.
9, water cooling, the dry protective gloves immersed in cold water to cool.
Demoulding, remove the protective gloves from the ceramic mold to complete the production of protective gloves.
Ⅱ: What material is better for protective gloves
Protective gloves used in different scenarios, the selection of protective gloves material is also different, the following is the use of different materials of protective gloves in different scenarios specific introduction:
1, glove material for mechanical damage
(1) Wire: common stainless steel wire, there are also chromium wire, mainly used to make anti-cutting gloves. This kind of material has the strongest cutting resistance and is easy to clean, but it is heavy and inconvenient to use.
(2) Kevlar, Spectra and other synthetic yarn: it is also a better synthetic fiber cutting resistance material, although the cutting resistance is not as good as the metal wire, but the weight is light, comfortable to use, and after improvement and treatment, some products can also reach the highest grade of anti-cutting product standards.
(3) Nitrile (with fabric lining) : with anti-wear and anti-puncture properties, flexible and comfortable use.
(4) Natural latex (with fabric lining) : has excellent elasticity, especially flexible, has a certain resistance to wear, tear and resistance (5) PVC (with fabric lining) ---- can provide a certain amount of wear and puncture protection, if the material is thicker, it can also have a certain amount of cutting resistance, but not tear resistance.
(5) skin ---- Natural material: through a variety of tanning treatment, with unique properties. Leather can be divided into: cowhide, which is comfortable, durable, breathable and wear-resistant, corroded by chromium, is more durable and resistant to high temperatures; Pig skin, large pores, the best air permeability, after washing can still maintain a good softness without hardening; Sheepskin is the most comfortable, the most durable and the best wear resistance, but because the price is too expensive, it is generally only used in industries with high touch requirements.
2, high temperature resistant glove material
(1) Novoloid: a new high-tech synthetic fiber, non-melting, flame resistance, high temperature resistance, can resist high temperature up to 1100℃, soft and comfortable, and can resist the erosion of many chemicals, even after repeated washing will not affect its high temperature resistance.
(2) Kevlar: It is a widely used aromatic synthetic fiber, which can not only resist cutting, but also resist high temperature damage.
(3) Aluminum plating material: can resist high temperature radiant heat.
(4) Leather: if it is kept dry, it has good resistance to low temperature, and at the same time, its non-melting and non-burning characteristics make it often used to make welding gloves.
(5) Cotton: it is also a natural material, which can properly protect against high and low temperatures, but because of the protection requirements, the gloves are thicker and the flexibility is not good enough.
3, anti-electrical damage protective gloves material
Electrical insulation protective gloves are specially designed and rigorously tested to ensure safety. Usually, electric insulation gloves are made of pure natural latex, which is divided into dry glue and wet glue. Insulating gloves made of wet glue have a long processing cycle and high production costs, but the elasticity of the product is particularly good and the use is very flexible. In addition, due to the particularity of live work and the characteristics of electrical insulation gloves themselves, when wearing such gloves, you should first wear pure cotton gloves (sweat absorption, non-slip), then wear latex gloves, and finally wear epithelial protective gloves to prevent sharp objects from punctured insulation gloves.
4. Material of anti-chemical gloves
There are many kinds of chemical substances and different properties, and special attention should be paid to the selection of anti-chemical gloves.
(1) Natural latex: In general, natural latex has a better protective effect for aqueous solutions, such as acid and alkali water solutions, and its advantages are comfortable, good elasticity, and flexible use.
(2) Nitrile: oils, lipids, petrochemical products and lubricants and various solvents of chemical substances have good protective properties, but swelling will occur in some solvents and affect their physical properties and reduce the protective function.
(3) Polyvinyl chloride: It has a protective effect on a large number of water-soluble chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, etc., but it cannot protect organic substances such as solvents, because many solvents will make the plasticizer dissolve out, which will not only cause pollution, but also greatly reduce the barrier function of gloves.
