Classification Of Labor Protection Gloves

Common types of labor protection gloves:

1. Insulated gloves

Insulated gloves are five finger gloves made of rubber, mainly used for electrical work, with the function of protecting hands or human body. It is resistant to electricity, water, acid and alkali, chemicals, and oil.

2. Acid and alkali resistant gloves

Acid and alkali resistant gloves, also known as operation box gloves or incubator gloves, have the ability to resist strong acids and alkalis, and are suitable for industries such as electronics, biomedicine, chemistry, printing and dyeing, and electroplating.

3. Oil resistant gloves

Oil resistant gloves are made of nitrile rubber, chloroprene or polyurethane materials, with high flexibility and sensitivity, mainly used in petrochemical and petroleum refining work.

4. Welding gloves

Welder gloves are personal protective equipment used to prevent high temperatures, molten metal, and sparks from burning hands during welding. Welder gloves are generally made of cowhide or pigskin leather and equipped with canvas or leather sleeves.

5. Anti vibration gloves

Anti vibration gloves are based on cotton gloves and leather gloves, and a certain thickness of foam plastic, latex, and air sandwich synthetic rubber or foam rubber sheets are added to the palm of the gloves to absorb vibration. When operating handheld vibration tools such as chainsaws, rock drills, and electric hammers, it is necessary to wear these protective gloves.

6. Dust free gloves

Dust free gloves are protective products used in dust-free areas, cleanrooms, and cleanrooms. The dust-free performance of gloves is highly valued to ensure that the product is not contaminated or affected by residues, oil stains, dust, and sweat on the fingers during the production process, effectively protecting the product.

7. Anti static gloves

Anti static gloves are gloves made of special anti-static polyester fabric, which can prevent the static electricity generated by the human body from damaging the product. They are suitable for use in the electronics industry, semiconductor, and dust-free workshops.
