Risk category: Design of cut-resistant gloves
For minimal risk:
Gloves with a simple design can only provide protection against low-level risks, so manufacturers are allowed to conduct internal tests and certifications for the gloves.
Cut-resistant gloves designed for medium and special:
For medium-level risks:
Gloves are designed to protect against medium-level risks. For example, general operating gloves require good anti-cutting, acupuncture and abrasion resistance, and require independent experiments and certification by certification bodies. Only these certified organizations can issue the CE mark, and gloves will not be sold. Each certification body has its own unique certification number. The name and address of this product certification body will appear on the instruction manual together with the corresponding cut-resistant gloves. This kind of gloves are marked with the CE mark.
Gloves for complex designs:
For irreparable or fatal risks:
Gloves are designed to protect the highest level of risk and require certified experiments and certifications. In addition, the manufacturer's quality system must be independently checked and the products must be produced in a homogenous manner, or the final product quality test must be carried out. The organization carrying out the evaluation of this project will have an identification number, which must be indicated together with the CE mark. Complicated design gloves are marked with the CE mark.
