Means of control

We have specific quality inspectors and supervisors in our factory. For each batch of gloves, first step we select the samples from each 100 pairs , 500 pairs to 1000 pairs. The inspections strictly comply with the EN388:2016+A1:2018 standard and national quality standard. After all the production is finished, our inspectors check the gloves details carefully. For example, the liner, the coating and the binding. In the meanwhile, the mass production samples will be also dispatched to the clients for quality confirmation. With the client's approvals, we start to pack.

Some of the clients will assign the third party authority to inspect the cargos. So generally our gloves are inspected by those authorities ,such as CTC ,test EN 388,EN ISO 21420 every two month.
